Overnight Manager - Front Office role at Hyatt Centric Times Square New York. The Overnight Manager will oversee front office operations during the overnight shift, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members. Oversee front office operations during the overnight shift Manage cash control for agents Coordinate staffing needs and scheduling Provide guest services and resolve issues Train staff and support staff development Serve as manager on duty during the overnight shift Base pay and compensation
Base pay range: $64,350.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds 1-2 year previous front office supervisory and/or management experience preferred Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset Strong strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, customer service orientation, ability to improve the bottom line Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts Union experience strongly preferred Perks and benefits
