Branch Supervisor The Branch Supervisor drives overall performance and operations for an assigned branch. This position is responsible for supporting branch planned profitability, sales, and customer service levels. The role interacts with all levels of staff and departments within IAA and is responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment by supervising and mentoring local staff.

Job Description Supervises all office employees and, depending on branch size, may also supervise yard employees. Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive work environment. Ensures compliance with operational standards and maintains strong relationships with external customers and vendors. Designs more efficient ways of processing work, resolves branch‑level employee and team issues, and actively enforces company policy. Provides personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary action. Collaborates with internal departments including HR, Corporate teams, and Sales/Remarketing groups. Supports ISO external assessments and internal and external audits as required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaged, and positive work environment

Ensuring compliance with operational standards

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with external customers/vendors including insurance companies, towing vendors, and buyers

Designing more efficient ways of processing work

Resolving branch‑level employee issues and team issues

Actively enforcing company policy, reporting or responding appropriately to all violations or reports of violations

Recommending or performing personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary action

Collaborating effectively with various internal departments including HR, Corporate teams, and the Sales/Remarketing groups

Supporting the ISO external assessments and internal and external audits as required

Qualifications

2–3 Years of Branch and Field Experience

Solid customer service skills

Strong leadership skills

Basic skills in using the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Proficient in time management

Clear communication skills

Positive attitudeProfessional and clean appearance

Ability to function well as part of a team
