Our partner ecosystem is the engine of our growth. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Business Manager to be a foundational pillar of our indirect sales strategy. This role involves architecting and cultivating a high-performing partner network, building deep relationships, executing creative go-to-market strategies, and driving tangible business impact. What You'll Do (The Core Responsibilities)

Architect the Channel:

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners (resellers, VARs, and Service Providers such as MSP/MSSP/MDR) to build a diverse channel ecosystem. Drive Mutual Growth:

Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, define mutual KPIs and revenue targets, and nurture win-win relationships. You are the CEO of your partner territory. Lead Go-to-Market Execution:

Collaborate with partners and marketing to launch campaigns, webinars, and field events that generate pipeline. Champion Partner Enablement:

Enable partners with training and ongoing support so they can articulate our value and drive sales. Deliver Predictable Results:

Own your forecast, track partner performance, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics to meet and exceed channel revenue goals. What You'll Bring (The Qualifications)

Experience:

3−5+ years in a channel sales or partner management role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity, IT operations, or automation. Proven Success:

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding channel sales quotas; experience recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with partners. Strategic Mindset:

Experience building and executing multi-quarter joint business plans beyond transactional sales. Exceptional Communicator:

Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to articulate complex value to technical and business stakeholders. Self-Starter:

Highly organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Tooling:
