We are seeking a Specialist Director, Contracts Management to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Managed Services Contract Management team across all solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Lead a team of contract professionals responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts for assigned MS Solutions, coordinating activities across KPMG functions (business teams, Finance, Risk management, OGC, and more).

Liaise with stakeholders across Sales, Solution Management, and Delivery to ensure contracts are produced timely and in compliance with Firm standards; uphold KPMG's values of integrity, professionalism, and respect.

Collaborate with the Market Growth Team to ensure proper setup of opportunities and readiness of Sentinels before contracting.

Maintain a database summarizing contract terms across active engagements; manage contract schedules and support renewal activities; assist CSMs and the Market Growth Team to drive renewals; support compliance requirements including annual Sentinels, CEACs, and related workpapers.

Update contract templates and contracting processes with Risk Management and OGC to reflect evolving firm requirements and standardize contracting language; partner with Managed Services Solution Leads to vet and accelerate new solutions and client templates.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in a consultative services organization; management experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

Proven track record of leading successful contracting teams, with a focus on managed services.

Strong contract negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Strong program management skills with the ability to lead the contracting process and communicate effectively at all levels.

Ability to multi-task with strong organizational, problem-solving, process-improvement, and leadership abilities.

Ability to travel as necessary.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship is available for U.S. work visas for this role.
