The Role:
We are seeking a
Customer Service Order Entry Specialist
to manage calls, emails, and order changes calmly and efficiently. You will take orders from chefs, sous chefs, and sales reps, ensuring accuracy for each produce item ordered. You will handle approximately
60 calls and 20 emails daily , process
80-100 orders , and communicate effectively in both
English and Spanish . A Day in the Life: Taking orders from chefs and sales reps. Entering orders into
ProducePro . Double-checking orders with teammates. Resolving EDI errors. Answering product questions or escalating as needed. Monitoring web comments and providing customer support. Supporting 32 sales reps. Managing workload in a high-volume environment. What You Bring to the Table: At least
2+ years
in customer service and order processing (produce experience is a plus). Strong
order entry skills
and attention to detail. Bilingual in
English and Spanish . Familiarity with
ProducePro
or quick learner. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A good sense of humor. It is a fully onsite night shift from 2-10pm or 2:30-11pm.
