Job Overview:
The Compliance Services Specialist II manages transactional roles within the Compliance Services team, including processing vehicle paperwork and registration renewals. The role involves building relationships with DMVs and vendors, operating within internal and external systems, and ensuring vehicles are legally registered. The position may require flexibility to work in different teams based on business needs. Key responsibilities include leading teams, creating SOPs, researching legislative changes, resolving client issues, supporting process improvements, and training new specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor workflow and report on team performance
Develop and manage SOPs for compliance processes
Research legislative changes affecting transactions
Investigate and resolve client issues
Escalate potential issues and suggest solutions
Support process and system improvements
Manage reporting and follow-up on transaction processing
Train and mentor new team members
Support company initiatives to meet KPIs
Assist with inbound compliance calls
Perform notary tasks as needed
Skills and Competencies:
Clear communication skills with external partners
Customer service excellence
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web systems
Negotiation skills with vendors
Self-motivated team player with leadership qualities
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years in office or customer service roles
Experience with Salesforce request management system
