About Us

TXC Auto provides high-performing remote BDC teams for U.S. car dealerships, helping our clients drive more appointments, showroom traffic, and sales. Our company is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for a BDC Performance Manager who can help us maintain structure, accountability, and results across multiple dealership accounts.

This is a remote leadership role — ideal for someone who has real dealership experience, understands BDC operations, and is ready to step into a management position where performance and consistency are rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day performance of 20+ remote BDC agents across multiple dealerships.

Track KPIs such as calls made, appointments set, and appointment show rates.

Review CRM activity (VinSolutions and DealerCenter) to ensure leads are followed up on properly.

Conduct quality audits on calls and provide coaching and feedback to agents.

Support team leaders in maintaining consistent communication, training, and goal alignment.

Report daily and weekly performance results to company leadership.

Assist with onboarding and training of new hires as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry (BDC, Internet Sales, or Sales Management).

Strong knowledge of VinSolutions and DealerCenter (required).

Experience training or managing a BDC team (remote or in-store).

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English (bilingual Spanish/English preferred).

Data-driven and comfortable analyzing CRM metrics to identify performance issues.

Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple dealership accounts at once.

Ability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays, 10 AM–5 PM (EST).

Compensation

$25/hour

Monthly performance bonuses based on team results (appointment show rate, call volume, and overall growth).

100% Remote role — work from anywhere in the U.S. with a stable internet connection.
