Responsibilities
Project Collaboration : Collaborate with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. Data Maestro : Analyze project survey data, existing site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. Serve as the data expert for related tasks. Mentorship and Guidance : Lead and assist junior staff, ensuring project tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Technical Guru : Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports. Construction Support : Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members, including permit applications and quantity estimates. Engineering Software : Proficiently use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of assignments. Future-Ready : Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring with potential growth into a Project Manager role.
