Job Overview Platinum Restoration is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. In this role, you’ll assist with general office tasks, maintain organized records, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Maintain organized office files, both digital and physical.
Document Management
Help prepare and organize project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
Support claims specialists and project managers with uploading and tracking files.
Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately input information into the company’s CRM and office systems.
Generate internal reports as needed to support operations and project tracking.
Office Coordination
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
Weekly pay cycle
Part-time schedule with flexible hours

Schedule Part-time: Monday to Friday
Flexible hours; approximately 20–25 hours per week
Location In-person position based in Elyria, OH
Occasional on-site support for projects may be required
