Hiring immediately! Salary/Base + Commission + Bonus + Paid Training $40,000 - $70,000+/year This appointment setter position requires Daily Travel to our GREENSBORO office. You will not need to use your personal vehicle for work. There is no overnight travel required. No experience required (see "Paid Training" below) Southern National Roofing is the Largest Retail Roofing Contractor with over $15M in Annual Sales. Responsibilities
Work with homeowners to set appointments for our Project Management team to deliver roofing solutions. Find potential customers and generate appointments with those interested in receiving a free Roofing Estimate. Assist in creating a positive client experience and ensure a smooth hand-off to other departments. About the company and program

Perform a detailed roof assessment (from the ground) Identify customer needs Accurately communicate technical issues to clients Be responsible for an excellent client experience Manage a seamless hand-off to other departments Create excitement with our customers Compensation and benefits
We offer commission, plus weekly and monthly bonuses, on top of base pay. First-year income range typically $30,000 - $60,000+ (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses). Based on Glassdoor and Indeed reviews, the average pay for this position is over $53,000 (over $27 per hour). Top Appointment Setters average $1,500 per week (over $34 per hour). Average first-year income range: $30,000 - $60,000+ (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses).
