We’re seeking a Fine Dining Chef to lead and mentor a small, passionate team on our exclusive island in the Seychelles — a destination where the rhythm of the ocean and the bounty of the land inspire every dish. Rooted in a farm-to-fork philosophy, our cuisine celebrates ingredients sourced within a 50-mile radius, working closely with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. Supported by a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen and a bountiful garden of herbs and vegetables, you’ll craft seasonal menus that tell the story of our island with elegance, creativity, and purpose. We are looking for a culinary leader with proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, World’s 50 Best establishments, or Relais & Châteaux properties — someone who values craftsmanship, mentorship, and the integrity of each ingredient. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small, passionate team on the island to deliver exceptional fine dining experiences. Develop seasonal menus rooted in a farm-to-fork philosophy, leveraging locally sourced ingredients. Collaborate with local producers and island growers; contribute to a sustainable, garden-to-table ecosystem. Maintain high standards of kitchen operation, quality, and presentation in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Qualifications
