We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of the personal injury litigation process from initial client intake through trial. Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases. Conduct initial client intake and maintain regular client communication. Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and responses. Request and organize medical records and bills. Summarize medical records and prepare demand packages. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists. Manage case calendars and deadlines. Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal injury paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff cases. Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with legal case management software. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
