Client Experience & Event Coordinator
Company:
JEHM Wealth & Retirement
About Us
At JEHM Wealth & Retirement, we’re more than just financial advisors — we’re partners helping clients piece together their retirement puzzle. Our boutique firm, based in the Upstate of South Carolina, focuses on building long‑term relationships with families who value trust, clarity, and community. Every detail of what we do — from the first phone call to the last handshake — reflects the care we have for our clients’ experience.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Experience & Event Coordinator who takes pride in organization, hospitality, and execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves details, thrives on logistics, and enjoys being the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly — especially when it comes to our client events and in‑office experience.
If you’re the kind of person who organizes your vacation itinerary in a spreadsheet, loves crossing things off a list, and gets joy from helping others feel welcome and taken care of — this might be your dream job.
This is
not
a creative marketing role. You won’t be managing ad campaigns or designing graphics. Instead, you’ll be the heartbeat of the firm’s client events and day‑to‑day operations — coordinating, communicating, and ensuring everything happens on time and with polish.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience
Greet and welcome clients and guests with genuine Southern hospitality.
Manage incoming calls and assist with scheduling.
Prepare conference rooms and materials for client meetings.
Follow up with event attendees and maintain strong client touchpoints.
Event Coordination
Coordinate logistics for all client dinners, educational workshops, and appreciation events.
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and handle registration calls to confirm attendance and fit.
Attend events and ensure everything runs seamlessly — from vendor setup to guest experience.
Handle post‑event data entry and feedback tracking in the CRM.
Work closely with the advisory team to align event details and timelines.
Operations & Support
Maintain event checklists, timelines, and recurring task lists.
Assist with hospitality needs, office supply management, and vendor coordination.
Support light creative tasks such as event invitations, proofing materials or sending client and prospect communication emails.
Help ensure all systems and spaces reflect JEHM’s commitment to professionalism and warmth.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable.
A friendly communicator who enjoys talking with people and making connections.
Comfortable making professional outbound calls to confirm event attendance.
Able to juggle multiple details while keeping calm and polished.
Experienced in hospitality, event coordination, client services, or administrative operations.
Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Team player with a servant’s heart and a sharp eye for detail.
The Ideal Fit
You’ll fit right in if you’re:
Someone who enjoys planning gatherings more than attending them.
The go‑to person friends rely on to “make things happen.”
A detail person who loves checklists, not chaos.
Someone who takes pride in excellence and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Purpose with people:
Every day you’ll help families feel confident and cared for.
Small team, big impact:
Your work is seen, valued, and appreciated.
Beautiful Upstate roots:
Our office reflects the warmth and friendliness of Greenville itself.
Professional growth:
You’ll gain firsthand experience in financial services, client management, and event operations.
Hours:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday, with 2‑5 evening events monthly
Benefits:
Paid holidays, PTO, 401(k) with match, health insurance and professional development support
