The Georgia Gwinnett College Office of Student Life (OSL) promotes a supportive, creative learning environment by developing campus community through high-quality, student-centered programs and services. OSL is seeking energetic students to assist with providing volunteer opportunities to all students, faculty, and staff, engage the community and Community Based Organizations, and assist citizens with needs, especially regarding food insecurity. Responsibilities
Create marketing materials for OSL and RSOs Promote SISC events (e.g., tabling, Residence Halls, Social Media) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Required Qualifications
Must have a Federal Work-Study Award Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College Minimum 2.0 GPA Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment Must be in good conduct standing with the Office of Student Integrity and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment Proficient in Windows-based PCs and/or MAC Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Marketing Experience with creative platforms such as Adobe Photoshop or similar Ability to work with people from all backgrounds Ability to work well independently and on a team Good customer service skills Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work with tight deadlines Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
