Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele. Conduct community outreach activities to identify and screen potential program participants. Assist with service delivery and participant supervision at the SOP program drop-in-center. Ensure that evidence-based curriculums identified in the SOP Program Manual are implemented in services to participants. Complete assessments and case plans with participants as outlined by the SOP Program Manual, including progress notes, case plan reviews, weekly schedules, and referrals. Provide support services to program participants including life skills, housing assistance, job readiness, education services, and other identified needs. Identify individuals who may benefit from other agency or community services and make referrals accordingly. Identify and implement activities to promote leadership skills with participants. Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with all vehicle operation laws to assist with client transport as needed. Attend required trainings or meetings related to the SOP Program. Transport clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as necessary to meet program requirements. Document according to clinical policies and procedures and applicable program standards. Minimum Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED/HSE required. Preference given to those with at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and/or the homeless population. Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards and have reliable transportation. About the Agency
