Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat Assist users with questions regarding the ride-sharing app and its features Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex user issues Provide guidance on best practices for using the app effectively Collect user feedback to improve service delivery and app functionality Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and app updates Qualifications
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the technology or mobile app sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies Benefits
