Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar Manage inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Utilize our POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages Excellent client service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well in a team setting A positive, uplifting attitude Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Location and employment details
Location: Allen, TX Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15.00/hour and above, with eligible benefits as listed
