Job Title: Appointment Setter
Factory Direct Renovations Group, the leading growing Home Improvement Company, is seeking Appointment Setters in Broward County, Florida. Customer service experience is essential as you'll interact with clients over the phone, discussing our products, and securing sales leads and appointments. Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners and adjust as needed Handle questions and objections from homeowners Gather homeowner information (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) Schedule and confirm appointments over the phone Input appointment and customer details into our CRM system Follow up with potential customers and update lead information Respond to inquiries via phone and email Research information and provide product details Maintain accurate call logs and reports Utilize CRM and computer skills effectively Qualifications:
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing Knowledge of sales principles and strategies Proficiency in relevant computer applications Training provided for product knowledge Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and information management skills Persuasiveness, adaptability, initiative, resilience, and stress tolerance High energy, self-motivation, and follow-up skills Additional Details:
Average weekly earnings range from $480 to $700+ including hourly and commission Work Days: Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month (day or afternoon shifts available) Employment Details:
