Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Dating & Social Networking Apps Department! In this entry level role, you will serve as an essential support figure for our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and providing guidance related to our dating and social networking platforms. Your fluency in Nordic languages will enhance our ability to connect with and support our users effectively.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat Assist users with questions regarding dating app features, account issues, and user safety Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system Collaborate with the product team to address and resolve client concerns Provide information on best practices for using the app effectively Gather user feedback to improve the app experience Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product features and improvements Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the tech or social networking sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and applications Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Free Greek Course More Benefits and Discounts And More...
