The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and professional

Front Office Receptionist

to join our corporate office. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced corporate setting. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces in a neat and presentable condition Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings Handle basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining visitor logs Support HR and Admin departments with clerical tasks as required Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment when necessary Ensure front desk security procedures are followed, including visitor sign-in and staff identification protocols Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters Dependable, punctual, and highly organized Experience

Minimum

1–3 years

of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role Experience working in a corporate or MNC environment preferred Working Hours

Monday to Friday

– 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Occasional weekend availability may be required for special events or business needs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Comfortable handling pressure and deadlines in a corporate environment Knowledge of office administration and hospitality etiquette Benefits
