Description A busy family in the Bay Area is seeking a weekend/travel nanny for 24/7 care for their children ages 4 to 9 years old. This is a harmonious and easygoing staffed household so it's important to find someone collaborative and energetic who will bring warmth and positivity to their happy home.

Responsibilities include all child-related care including driving to/from activities, planning age-appropriate outings, helping with children's meals and laundry, light tidying, packing for travel, etc.

Candidates must have flexibility to travel (usually domestic weeklong trips), be experienced with pre‑K to school‑age children, and have experience working with 4+ kids in a home. Travel is required for this position. Travel is usually about once per quarter for 1-2 weeks at a time. For example, two weeklong trips over the summer, a few long weekends for skiing in the winter, a week over Christmas break, and a week over Spring break.

Schedule: The family can guarantee up to 40 hours depending on candidate preference. At minimum they need Saturdays and Sundays 8am - 7pm (some flexibility offered) + travel as mentioned above. They can also offer a few days per week for afterschool care; generally 2pm to 7 or 8pm.
