Spanish Speaking Intake Specialist (Education)
Rainwater, Holt & Sexton is currently accepting resumes for a Spanish-speaking/Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our personal injury law firm. Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for potential clients and provide the initial impression of our firm.
Gather information from callers and utilize critical thinking skills to assess prospective cases.
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with outbound calls, follow-up with internet leads, and ensure that calls are managed appropriately by our attorneys.
Deliver excellent customer service to new clients.
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and foster professional interactions with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff.
Balance independent work with collaboration across the firm to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Uphold an ethical standard and prioritize customer service while helping clients navigate difficult times.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
Excellent computer and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Strong speaking and grammatical skills.
Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures.
A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or a call center environment.
Sales experience.
Legal experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Schedule The hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in-office.
