Assistant Project Administrator What a day at EXP has in store for you

Perform basic contract administration functions for civil transportation projects Import information into Materials Acceptance and Certification Program (MAC) Perform measurement of completed work to date Read and comprehend contract documents Keep inspectors’ daily reports of assigned work activities Prepare monthly construction estimates Monitor construction progress to assure proper installation sequences and compliance with schedule and contract requirements and state and local regulations Assist in the review and modifications of schedules, specifications and drawings. Prepare Supplemental Agreements and Work Orders per FDOT Specifications Monitor EEO compliance documents Assist Project Administrator documenting meeting minutes What your experience looks like

Engineering Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience having performed/assisted in project related duties. Candidates must be able to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project. Candidates must have experience on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Expressway Authority, or other Federal Highway Administration funded projects Candidates must be proficient in all computer programs required to perform the duties of this position. Must be qualified in the respective CTQP / FDOT certifications. MS Word / Excel software proficiency required.
