Islandwide (Transport provided to assigned site);

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM;

Salary:

Up to $3,000 per month;

Immediate Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, enquiries, and feedback. Process sales orders accurately within internal systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders, delivery issues, and complaints. Ensure timely coordination between customers, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfilment. Maintain up-to-date information on product catalogues, price lists, and delivery timelines. Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on order status and customer cases. Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvement opportunities. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements
