Overview Intrepid has a near-term need for an Army Force Development Staff Support Officer for Artificial Intelligence / Robotics. #MC Responsibilities

The Force Development Staff Support Officer (SSO) for Artificial Intelligence provides Army G-8 leadership with expert analysis, validation, and recommendations across the requirements, acquisition, and modernization domains. This role is responsible for developing investment strategies, reviewing JCIDS and acquisition documentation, and preparing executive-level briefings that inform decisions on future capabilities. The SSO is designated as key personnel with TS/SCI clearance and ensures alignment with Army modernization priorities—including robotics, artificial intelligence, synthetic training environments, and advanced autonomous systems—while maintaining situational awareness of assigned programs and resourcing needs. Drawing on operational experience in combat, combat support, or combat service support formations, the SSO helps shape and advance Army force development and modernization initiatives. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum of four (4) years ORSA experience Ability to coordinate, execute and complete assigned activities; ability to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written communications and Microsoft Office skills Ability to streamline processes, improve affordability, relationships, communication, and overall efficiency Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired Qualifications: HTAR course completion JCIDS/Requirements training (RQM 1010/1100/3100/310/2500/2520 or CLR 101/110/151/250/252), or related fields
