Provide supervision and leadership to social work staff, supporting effective caseload management. Ensure high-quality delivery of care in line with statutory responsibilities, including
Care Act
assessments,
personal budgets , and
s117 aftercare . Act as a
Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) , overseeing the investigation and resolution of safeguarding concerns. Maintain a
small caseload
of complex clinical work, promoting recovery-oriented approaches. Fulfil duties as an
AMHP , contributing to the
central AMHP rota
in line with legal and ethical standards. Chair and facilitate team meetings, fostering collaborative decision-making. Promote positive outcomes for service users through integrated care and multi-agency partnership working.
