A leading global company in the live entertainment and hospitality sector is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and support the legal team across a broad range of corporate, contractual, and compliance matters. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

About the Corporate Paralegal role Key responsibilities

Support corporate governance activities including preparation of board and committee materials, resolutions, and entity documentation.

Manage contract administration processes — from intake and routing to execution, tracking, and archiving across a range of agreements.

Maintain entity records, minute books, and internal databases; assist with entity formations, qualifications, and annual filings.

Coordinate responses to subpoenas, information requests, and discovery matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

Oversee regulatory and compliance filings, including business licenses and state registrations.

Prepare and manage KYC/AML documentation, certificates, and other regulatory materials.

Partner cross-functionally with finance, tax, HR, and operations teams on governance and compliance initiatives.

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

3–7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in an in-house environment.

Strong understanding of corporate law, contract administration, and governance best practices.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CLM, e‑signature, or e‑billing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
