Construction Paralegal
to support attorneys with litigation, trial prep, and document management. This is a full‑time opportunity offering competitive compensation and a collaborative work environment.
Organize, index, and analyze legal documents and case files
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal filings under attorney supervision
Issue subpoenas and conduct background checks
Coordinate document production and assist with deposition prep
Support attorneys during trial and prepare deposition summaries
Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel
Utilize Westlaw for legal research
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary
High school diploma required; college degree and paralegal certificate preferred
Strong typing skills (65+ WPM)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
Experience with AAA filings
Familiarity with 558 Notices and demand letters
