Videographer

The Videographer will work closely with the Creative Director in creating video content for all social media channels and digital platforms for Weekend Services, Next Gen Online Experience, and Content Creation for multiple Word of Life Church campuses. A strong grasp of the mission, vision, values, and commitment to the beliefs and doctrine of Word of Life Church is required and must be shown in their conduct. Essential Job Functions Craft unique, engaging, and cinematic stories through collaborative videography and photography Quickly and efficiently film and edit videos from start to finish for multiple social platforms Provide photography and videography for social platforms at multiple campuses Respond to director notes and provide creative solutions Repackage footage for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) Create and maintain dynamic bumpers, reels, and marketing materials Provide post-production support through finishing and delivering Knowledgeable of current trends, editing techniques, and styles, as well as content platforms Reliable transportation to other campuses Other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements Mastery of Adobe Premiere and proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop; knowledge of finishing techniques: mixing and color, strongly preferred Experience helping to oversee video shoots and production processes Strong ability to collaborate with creative team, a team player A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changes in production plans/schedules Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced production environments Skillful in multitasking with quick turnarounds in a deadline-driven environment Keen eye for detail and highly organized Responds well to corrections and edits from managers Motion Graphics Design and Animation experience is high Spiritual Requirements A strong relationship with God. A life given to prayer, worship, and study and application of the Word of God Must have a continuous spiritual and professional growth plan by seeking ways to grow, raising up leaders, and making disciples Strong ethical standards and conviction by honoring and respecting your leaders, co-workers, and church with your words and actions and speaking the truth in love Education/Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in post-production, with an emphasis on digital content 3+ years of serving or working in a church staff experience Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Operates camera, computer, and other office equipment Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or platform for video shoots Frequently moves items weighing up to 20 pounds in an office and workstation setting
