You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities:
Talk to leads to identify qualified clients by asking questions about legal issues, urgency, motivation, and potential conflicts of interest. Screen unqualified leads to focus on ideal clients. Schedule qualified leads for initial consultations. Foster excitement and urgency for engagements to improve show-up rates. Ensure everyone contacting the firm receives helpful assistance, whether through scheduling, referrals, or sharing resources. Prepare salespeople with necessary information for consultations. Draft engagement agreements and follow up to secure signatures and payments. Maintain contact with prospects who haven't scheduled, attended, or signed up, to keep the door open for future engagement. Update databases and reports to track calls, leads, consultations, and other metrics. Qualifications:
Previous legal experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills and empathy. Strong data management and computer skills. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Compensation:
$30,000 per year
