The Senior Treasury Services Representative is the primary operational expert supporting the Bank’s Treasury Management department. This position performs all aspects of back-office coordination for Treasury Management products and services, including client onboarding, system configuration, documentation processing, daily operational monitoring, and compliance control. The incumbent ensures Treasury Management processes are accurate, efficient, secure, and compliant, serving as the main liaison among internal departments, technology partners, and client-facing teams. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Implementation

Coordinate end-to-end setup of Treasury Management products such as ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, and online banking. Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure required approvals are obtained. Configure and test Treasury services within the Bank’s core and digital platforms. Validate client entitlements, transaction limits, and security credentials. Maintain detailed implementation records and ensure onboarding milestones are met. Daily Operations and Servicing

Process service requests, maintenance updates, and access modifications for Treasury clients. Monitor daily activity for exceptions, exposure limits, and system alerts; escalate issues when necessary. Research and resolve operational discrepancies in collaboration with Deposit Operations and IT. Produce and maintain accurate internal reports on Treasury activity, volumes, and performance metrics. Support internal teams and relationship managers with operational questions and troubleshooting. Sales Support and Collaboration

Collaborate with Commercial Lending and Business Banking teams to identify Treasury opportunities, support client acquisition, and deliver customized Treasury solutions. Provide technical expertise and operational input during prospect discussions and client calls. Assist in preparing proposals, pricing analyses, and product demonstrations. Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure all Treasury products and processes adhere to applicable regulations (NACHA, Reg E, UCC 4A, OFAC, BSA/AML). Apply proper controls to high-risk functions such as ACH origination and wire transfers. Conduct periodic reviews of client entitlements, exposure limits, and authentication methods. Assist with audit preparation and respond to regulatory or internal control inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information at all times. Process Improvement and System Support

Identify workflow efficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve client experience and risk control. Participate in testing and implementation of new Treasury systems, modules, or upgrades. Develop and maintain written procedures, checklists, and job aids for Treasury operations. Support project initiatives that expand or modernize Treasury services. Collaboration and Leadership

Serve as the operational subject-matter expert for Treasury Management within the Bank. Coordinate with Commercial Banking, Deposit Operations, Compliance, and IT to resolve cross-functional issues. Provide informal guidance and training to new or cross-trained employees supporting Treasury processes. Represent Treasury Operations in departmental meetings and process-improvement discussions. Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced understanding of cash-management systems, payment channels, and banking regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of working effectively across departments. Proficiency with core and Treasury platforms (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Q2, or similar). Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred. Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in Treasury Management or commercial deposit operations. Work Environment

Primarily office-based with potential hybrid flexibility. May require occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend hours to support system maintenance or client conversions.
