Witness or attest signatures.
Certify or attest copies.
Note protests of negotiable instruments.
Arrange or book signings.
Qualifications / Skills
MUST be a U.S. citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
Notary Public certification. A Notary record book and Notary Ink stamp (rectangular) are required.
Experience in notarizing loan documents.
Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail‑oriented.
Job Requirements
High‑speed Internet connection.
Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
Home office setup.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
Payment $125.00‑$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
