Paralegal – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm (Clifton, NJ) A well-established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking a full-time, experienced Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be highly proficient in litigation procedures. Experience with PC Law and Needles case management systems, as well as bilingual proficiency in Spanish, is a plus. Compensation:
$65,000–$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases Draft, review, and organize legal documents Investigate facts to assist with case preparation and negotiations Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain and update client records and case files Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal research Proficiency in case management systems (PC Law, Needles preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Bilingual in Spanish a plus Benefits
