The successful candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience and a proven ability to handle complex transactions with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and closings Review, draft, and revise lease agreements, amendments, and related documents Conduct title and survey review, prepare title objection letters, and coordinate resolution of title issues Organize, manage, and maintain files throughout the transaction process Prepare closing checklists, binders, and closing statements Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ commercial real estate paralegal experience Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, title, and survey review Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms Ability to work independently in a remote environment What’s Offered
