Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Indianapolis, IN. Salary: $43,750.00-$50,718.00. (Posted 4 weeks ago).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage medical review panel process.
Manage electronic and paper files including client documents, pleadings, discovery materials, panel submissions, non-party discovery, and other case documents.
Manage dockets and track calendar dates and deadlines.
Assist with electronic case filing in state and federal courts.
Draft appearances, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition prep.

Standout candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certificate required.
Dedicated experience as a paralegal focusing in litigation.

Strong knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, and court procedures.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
Experience in medical malpractice.
