Event Promotions Assistant

to help coordinate and execute promotional events for our nonprofit clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in event marketing, public relations, or fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage event booths at community events, retail locations, and promotional venues

Engage with the public to promote client causes, generate leads, and encourage donations or participation

Assist in planning and logistics for upcoming events

Distribute promotional materials and help craft messaging that aligns with client goals

Track and report on outreach efforts and campaign performance

Collaborate with team members and managers to brainstorm new outreach strategies

Maintain a positive, professional image as a representative of our clients

Requirements

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree in marketing, PR, or related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing personality and a passion for working with the public

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

Prior experience in customer service, events, or fundraising is a plus—but not required
