Overview Our client is currently seeking a Medicaid Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Oversee general office correspondence.
Preparation of Medicaid forms.
Track deposits and withdrawals.
Draft letters on behalf of clients.
Preparation of affidavits.
Schedule and participate in meetings with paralegals and a supervising attorney.
Oversee internal and external requests for information.
Qualifications
2 years of Medicaid experience.
Strong understanding of the Medicaid application process.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
