Litigation Paralegal
to join its Los Angeles or Orange County office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a
Litigation Paralegal
who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make an impact on complex cases involving the SEC, internal investigations, and major commercial disputes.
What You’ll Do as a Litigation Paralegal
Assist attorneys with litigation and enforcement actions involving the SEC and other government agencies.
Manage large volumes of documents — from e‑discovery and subpoena responses to document productions for regulatory agencies.
Coordinate directly with clients, expert witnesses, and agency staff.
Support fact development, witness preparation, and provide top‑notch trial support.
Draft and proof legal documents, pleadings, statements, and correspondence.
Assist with filings, service of process, and trial preparation — including binder creation and case organization.
Conduct legal research through PACER, LexisNexis, and government databases.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience as a
Litigation Paralegal
in securities, regulatory, or complex commercial litigation.
Strong knowledge of SEC procedures, discovery rules, and court filing protocols.
Mastery of litigation software such as Relativity and Microsoft tools.
