Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a

Corporate Paralegal

to join their team!

This position is

hybrid

(3 days on site, 2 days WFH), based at their

Midtown, Manhattan

office. Job Responsibilities

Prepare and file formation, dissolution documents, and qualifications for corporations and LLCs. Prepare Corporate Transparency Act and Uniform Commercial Code filings and continuations. Obtain Employer Identification Number Applications. Prepare, file, and process annual reports and state tax payments. Collaborate with agents and vendors regarding corporate filings. Prepare closing binders for corporate transactions. File SEC Form IDs. Prepare Form F-6 registration statements for unsponsored American Depositary Receipt programs. Compose filings for corporate actions such as Notices of Ratio Change, Notices of Name Change, and Amendments to Form F-6. Revise ADS Holder QuickCerts. Work with SEC and other filing agents to file various security forms. Collaborate with attorneys on voluminous ADR registration statements and proof. Assemble and coordinate notarization, consularization, and apostilling of documentation. Write regulation S and Rule 144A Global Depository Notes. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years’ experience as a corporate paralegal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and research skills. Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Maintain confidentiality, exercise solid judgment and discretion. Salary Range:

$65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
