In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from conception to completion. Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating events from start to finish Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and materials Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all needs are met Help develop event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution Support marketing efforts through social media promotion and outreach Assist with attendee registrations and manage event databases Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus Benefits
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
