Full Time Position Monday -Friday About the Role As a Service Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers scheduling vehicle service. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience every time.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule appointments
Accurately input customer information and appointment details into the Reynolds & Reynolds System
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to manage appointment calendar
Provide basic information on recommended maintenance and dealership promotions
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous customer service or receptionist experiences (automotive industry a plus!)
Excellent phone etiquette and communications skills
Strong organized skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer system and scheduling software
Friendly, team oriented and dependable
