Position Overview The Administrative Assistant II is an advanced-level position supporting two management personnel and the Medical Records Department. Responsibilities include planning and organizing workloads and schedules, filing paper and electronic documents, and demonstrating excellent follow-through skills, attention to detail, and initiative. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs/systems are required.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring department personnel training

Processing purchase orders

Travel coordination

Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication

Manual and policy writing

Forms creation and management

Meeting coordination, including agenda and minute transcription

Data compilation, charting, and graphing

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HIPAA law, Joint Commission, CWS, and state purchasing software

Understanding procurement processes

Ability to maintain confidentiality
