Appointment Setters
and
Solar Sales Representatives
to represent Blue Raven Solar Sales, part of SunPower's nationwide solar network. As a Setter, you'll introduce homeowners to SunPower's solar solutions and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with those homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and guide them through the transition to clean energy. This is a
field-based position
involving in person conversations through door-to-door outreach and community engagement. Why You'll Love Working With Us

Leverage door-to-door, social media, and personal outreach to build opportunities
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication throughout the process
Guide customers through a seamless transition to solar
Qualifications
No prior solar experience required, full training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with door-to-door and in-home interactions
Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
Fluent in English
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
