Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Live‑Out Nanny role located in Sunny Isles, FL. The nanny will be responsible for daily childcare tasks such as ensuring the safety and well‑being of the child(ren), planning and supervising age‑appropriate activities, and assisting with educational and developmental milestones. Additional responsibilities may include preparing meals for the child(ren), organizing play areas, and supporting hygiene routines. Collaboration with the family to maintain effective communication and foster a nurturing environment is essential.
Qualifications
Strong childcare skills, including creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with parents and maintain open dialogue.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, prepare meals, and maintain a structured routine for the child(ren).
First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain such certification.
A minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience in a similar role.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the family and child(ren).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Background in early childhood education or development is an asset.
