Position Summary Our opening managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day‑to‑day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and ensuring the studio is opened at 5am each weekday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations.
Oversee all sales aspects: lead generation, grassroots marketing, B2B relationships, and lead tracking.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
Sell memberships and retail.
Retain and increase client participation.
Submit accurate and timely reports.
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
Promote and embed SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients.
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high‑end goods & services preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to our new fitness philosophy.
Contagious upbeat personality.
Motivation and drive.
