Job Overview As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, your work focuses on managing various projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing department efficiency and cohesion, while supporting the research activities conducted at the Florida Research Innovation Center (FRIC). Ultimately, your efforts help ensure Cleveland Clinic can continue delivering the best patient care experience possible.
Work Hours A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Function as a liaison and administrative, technical and operational resource.
Initiate or lead less complex projects.
Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.
Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.
Develop communications, databases and budget summaries.
Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.
Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.
Assist with the scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
Identify key milestones and deadlines.
Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience.
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
May require a license based on department/institute needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Customer service experience.
Excel experience.
Experience putting together budgets.
Previously worked for CCF.
Healthcare or related organization experience.
Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Personal Protective Equipment
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.) or the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
