POSITION OVERVIEW
This
Clinician
position is part of a dynamic and highly supportive clinical team. Clinicians hold a caseload of ten families, who are seen on a weekly basis. Clinicians provide community-based prevention services to youth and families, and receive weekly supervision to support their professional development. What a Master Level Clinician can expect: As part of a clinical team, this position will identify and discuss the strengths, risk factors, and service needs that may impact the health and safety of the client/family, as well as develop treatment goals and methods. Provide therapeutic services to children and families. Schedule and facilitate service plan reviews to assess ongoing progress and identify any needed modifications to treatment planning. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, case managers and collaterals. Provide advocacy, case management, and referral services as indicated. Maintain casework notes and other documentation.
