About Us Relive Health is the premier wellness center specializing in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, and medical weight loss. We’re opening our flagship Arizona location at Tempe Marketplace and are seeking an energetic, client-focused professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
Answer phones and schedule/confirm appointments.
Manage provider and room schedules for efficiency.
Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain records.
Present membership options and enroll new members.
Support promotions, referrals, and client retention programs.
Requirements
Two Years of previous customer service, sales, and front desk experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Comfortable using scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in selling Memberships.
Social Media Skills a Plus.
Bilingual Preferred.

Hourly pay of $18-$20 depending on experience
