We are seeking a new
full-time Student Ministry Pastor . The Connections Student Ministry Pastor’s primary purpose is to equip, empower, and build upon the existing team of ministry partners who guide students toward maturity in Christ by sharing the truth of the gospel through trusting relationships. Job responsibilities include: Outreach and Evangelism : Daily involvement in community school campuses and community student events. Leadership and Development : Recruit, inspire, and equip teams of adult coaches to disciple students. Organization and Discipleship : Oversee the growth and direction of all Middle School and High School ministry environments. Mission and Vision : Live out the mission of Connections Student Ministry and strive to realize the current vision statement. Team and Partnership : Partner with Leaders of other ministries to disciple families and connect the student ministry with the overall church. Ministry Strategy and Budget : Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of the annual ministry plan. Reports to: directly to the Family Ministry Pastor Benefits : This is a full-time, salaried position that is eligible for health insurance, a retirement plan, housing allowance (if ordained), and paid time off. Job responsibilities and compensation will be adjusted according to the applicant’s educational background and work experience. This role will also incorporate spiritual and professional development.
