Paralegal We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated
Paralegal
with
experience in personal injury law
to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation—from intake to settlement or trial.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize case files, medical records, bills, and correspondence
Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information
Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills using Eve software
Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and experts
Draft and file legal documents: complaints, discovery, motions, subpoenas, settlement agreements
Schedule depositions, mediation's, IMEs, and other legal appointments
Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit binders and witness lists
What We're Looking For
Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) preferred
3+ years of experience in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of state court filing procedures
Familiarity with Filevine and other legal case management tools
Understanding of medical terminology and the litigation process
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
